Teacher Wishlist Terms of Use

Last updated: July 15, 2026. This is a community project from ANDI (shopandi.com). Please read before you submit a profile or support a teacher.

1. What this site is

The Teacher Wishlist is a free microsite where teachers can share a public profile and Amazon wishlist link, and where community members can find teachers nearby and choose to support them. ANDI provides the platform as a community project. We are not a charity, fundraising intermediary, or school district.

2. Who may submit a profile

Profiles are intended for teachers. By submitting, you confirm that you are a teacher and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Do not submit on behalf of someone else without their permission. Do not submit fake profiles, spam, or links that are not a genuine Amazon wishlist or registry for classroom or personal teacher support.

3. Review, moderation, and visibility

All profiles are subject to review and moderation. Submissions may appear publicly after automated checks, may be held for manual review, or may be removed at any time. Please be patient after you submit. “You’re in” means we received your profile, not that it is guaranteed live forever.

ANDI and the people who run this site may approve, reject, edit, hide, or delete any listing for any reason, including suspected abuse, inaccurate information, offensive content, broken or non-compliant wishlist links, or anything that doesn’t fit the spirit of this project.

ANDI does not independently verify employment with a school district or guarantee that every public listing is free of error. We do moderate the list and remove content that doesn’t belong. Supporters should use good judgment when gifting.

4. What you share (and what we show)

You choose a display name for the public card. Your email stays private — we use it to manage your listing (for example to detect resubmits and prevent spam) and it is not shown on the public site. Zip code is used so supporters can find teachers nearby and is not shown on your public card. Quotes and other free-text fields must stay kind and appropriate for a public, family-friendly brand.

Wishlist links must be full amazon.com wishlist or registry URLs (no short links). You are responsible for keeping your wishlist public and appropriate. ANDI does not control Amazon or fulfill orders.

5. Supporting teachers

If you buy items for a teacher, you do so directly through Amazon. ANDI does not process payments for wishlists, does not guarantee delivery, and is not responsible for third-party seller or shipping issues. Gifts are voluntary. There is no obligation to purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Intellectual property & brand

ANDI names, logos, and site design are owned by ANDI / its rights holders. You keep rights to the text you submit, and you grant ANDI a non-exclusive license to display that content on this site for the purpose of operating the Teacher Wishlist.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings will always be accurate or available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ANDI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site, teacher listings, or third-party purchases.

9. Privacy

We collect the information you submit (including email and technical data we use to reduce spam and abuse, for example signals from your connection) to run this service. We do not sell teacher emails. Public pages show only the fields intended for the community card (for example display name, grade, years, quote, and a Support button that takes people to your Amazon wishlist).

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top will change when we revise this page.
